PhiXGen’s work mandate includes offering technical support to beginners encountering challenges in their projects, particularly in Next Generation Sequencing for Genomics, Transcriptomics, and Proteomics studies. We proudly serve a diverse clientele, including national and international government and private sector agencies, industries, universities, colleges, and autonomous bodies. Furthermore, Phixgen provides a range of onsite, offsite, and online training programs for graduates, postgraduates, and corporate professionals, enhancing skill development and fostering innovation across sectors.

The work mandate includes providing technical services to beginners who are facing difficulties in their projects. This primarily includes support for Next Generation Sequencing projects for Genomics, Transcriptomics and Proteomics studies. We purpose to serve various national and international government and private sector agencies like industries/universities/colleges/autonomous body/Department etc. The wide scope of the firm also includes the onsite/offsite/online training courses for graduates/post-graduates and corporates professionals. This also includes compiling of manuals that can act as primers for the above-mentioned services.

The basics of work mandate of the firm are as follows:

Genomic and Metagenomic analysis services

PhixGen majorly focuses on the analysis of New Generation Sequencing data for complete and draft genome assembly and in-depth annotation. Metagenomics analysis will include the assembly, annotation, metabolic modeling, Protein-Protein-Interactions etc.

Healthcare products manufacturing, distribution, and marketing

PhiXGen will work on research and development of products related to the healthcare sector. PhiXGen is open to manufacturing, distribution, marketing and consultation for products in the healthcare sector.

Technical services

PhixGen will provide technical support for the diagnostics and sequencing services, where PhixGen will assist in scheming and selecting sequencing platform, data coverage, and depth estimation.

Training Services

Counselling and training for graduates, postgraduates, and professionals to provide them hands-on and demonstration. This will develop skill enhancement and produce human resources for the genomic and metagenomic analysis.
